Wagyu beef is naturally rich in oleic acid and beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are associated with improved heart health, lower levels of LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, and reduced inflammation. Recent research also suggests that Wagyu may help support higher HDL (“good”) cholesterol levels, making it a flavorful choice with notable nutritional benefits
